Document Status and Source

Document Statuses

  1. Approval Required – The document was submitted via the document submission link, but the Agent has not yet approved it. It is not visible in the case’s document section.

  2. Approved – The Agent has approved the document, and it is displayed in the case’s document section.

  3. Rejected – The Agent rejected the document, specifying a reason, and it is not displayed in the case’s document section.

  4. Missing – The Agent requested a document, but the client has not yet submitted it.

Document Sources

  1. Desk – The Agent uploaded the document directly to the case’s document section.

  2. Mail – The document was submitted via email.

  3. Self-Service – The client uploaded the document through a self-service portal.
