When the "Reject" action is selected, a rejection reason field is automatically provided.
This completed field (with the reason for rejection) will be displayed to the Claimant.
Handling Partial Submissions:
If only part of the required documents (as specified in the Document Request) is submitted:
The corresponding status indicating an incomplete submission.
An option "Send a reminder for this category".
If the Agent leaves this option enabled, then after executing the "Submit" function:
The Claimant will receive a reminder about the missing document.
Document Rejection
Submitted documents and their status are shown in Case View
