Document Rejection Process

  1. Rejecting a Document:

  • When the "Reject" action is selected, a rejection reason field is automatically provided.

  • This completed field (with the reason for rejection) will be displayed to the Claimant.

  1. Handling Partial Submissions:

  • If only part of the required documents (as specified in the Document Request) is submitted: The corresponding status indicating an incomplete submission. An option "Send a reminder for this category".

  • If the Agent leaves this option enabled, then after executing the "Submit" function: The Claimant will receive a reminder about the missing document.
