  • Assignee – The person responsible for handling the case.

  • Claimant Name & Surname – Full name of the individual filing the claim.

  • Insurer Information – Details about the insurance company involved.

  • Case Numbers – Includes:

Our Unique Case No. – Internal reference number.

Insurance Company Case No. – External reference number from the insurer.

  • Case Status – Current status of the case (e.g., Open, Pending, Closed).

  • Actions Menu – Provides options to manage the case, such as edit, view details, assign, or close.
