This document serves as the foundational guideline for all officers of OPS International - (hereafter “the Company”) responsible for handling incoming cases.

It establishes the standard procedures for a wide range of case types, including (but not limited to) medical expenses, accident insurance, luggage delay or loss, travel expenses and cancellation, and transport insurance. These procedures are designed to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient management of every case, regardless of its specific insurance category.

The document is subject to ongoing updates and revisions, reflecting the evolving needs of the Company. Each new version requires approval from the head of the institution. All Company employees engaged in request processing (case resolution) are required to follow the guidelines and directives set forth in this document.
