3. Logging Into the System, Editing Your Profile, and Resetting Your Password

Here is a step-by-step guide for logging into the system, editing your profile, and resetting your password if needed

  1. Login to the System

Open the system’s login page and enter your username/email and password.

Use second factor authentication with Google Authenticator App.

  1. Edit Your Profile

User can Edit their profile information.

Desk -> Profile (Upper right corner)

User can change Name, Surname, Language also Change password.

After changes - press "Save" button
  1. Forgot / Reset your password

If a user forgets their password, they can click the “Forgot password” link on the login page. An email with instructions will be sent to the registered email address, allowing the user to securely reset their password and regain access to the Portal.

The user will receive a password reset message (e.g., via email). They must click the included link and reset their password within 3 hours. During this 3-hour window, the user’s status is set to Pending.

The user will be prompted to create a new password. The system then verifies that the new password meets the required complexity standards (e.g., minimum length, special characters, uppercase letters). The user must confirm the new password before proceeding.
