2. Invitation/Notification Process and User Account statuses
Once an admin has invited a user to the application, the user must complete the onboarding process by following these steps
Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone
For Android (Google Play Store):
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for “Google Authenticator”.
Tap Install to download and install the app.
For iPhone (Apple App Store):
Open the Apple App Store.
Search for “Google Authenticator”.
Tap Get to download and install the app.
Check your mailbox for invitation to join Application

Create strong password
The link in the email will redirect you to the password reset functionality, allowing you to create your own password, which will be used in the future.

Setup Two-factor authentication
On your browser screen, you will see a QR code that you need to scan using the Google Authenticator app to set it up.


After completing the scanning process, the Google Authenticator app will display a 6-digit code. This code is valid for a limited time, so enter it before it expires. Once the time expires, a new 6-digit code will be generated.
